We serve as mediators and representatives of parties in mediation who are in conflict and organizations desiring preventative strategies.  Zaylore Stout & Associates, LLC has the ability to serve clients in need across the nation, especially in key metropolitan areas.  

Mediation is an informal and confidential way for people to resolve disputes with the help of a neutral mediator who is trained to help people discuss their differences. The mediator does not decide who is right or wrong or issue a decision. Instead, the mediator helps the parties work out their own solutions to problems. The goal of mediation is to develop a “win-win” solution to the dispute at hand. 

We are mediators of court and non-court matters.  Hearings are confidential, out of the public record, and away from the press.  Our areas of expertise include handling the unique needs and issues of parties to employment and labor law disputes. We are tenacious and work hard to get parties positive results.  Case administration is centralized, with attention to detail and customer service.  As neutrals, we provide a safe environment that protects the dignity of participants.  Principles of self-determination and fairness govern our proceedings. However, we are more than competent to serve as mediators or representatives in other matters.
