In 2014, Becky Judd began her own Human Resources firm with the defined purpose of ensuring small businesses know more about Human Resources, and therefore, do better by their employees. Becky focuses on ensuring companies are operating under existing and new compliance regulations while reinforcing strong employee relations and company culture by working with management and employees. Becky has a strong passion for partnering with business owners to collaborate and assist in the success of their business through their employees by utilizing her experience, practical actions, and recognition of culture.
Becky has two decades in Human Resources with Fortune 500 companies (The Hartford, Time Warner Cable, Spartan Nash, and UnitedHealth Group). She has worked in all facets of Human Resources from benefits and talent development, M&A to compensation, compliance, and employee relations, while spending the majority of her career in the compliance and employee relations arena. She approaches situations unbiased, looks at all the facts, and determines the best outcome aligned with regulation, policy, and culture.
She regards herself in the business of people with a strong drive to serve others and is constantly educating herself in all facets of human resources and business. Becky holds an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) and Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (Summa Cum Laude). She also is an SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is a member of the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
